Amy Tolson

Elementary Immersive Program: Kindergarten
Elementary Extracurricular Day

Amy graduated from Covenant College with a degree in Sociology and then stayed on at Covenant working as a Regional Director of Admissions. She met her husband, Clay, while at Covenant and was married in 2000. While Clay was in the Navy, Amy continued at Covenant as a remote recruiter while they lived in Virginia, California and DC. Amy and Clay moved back to Lookout Mountain in 2007 when Clay joined the Chattanooga Police force. That is when Amy fell in love with little children and began working in a Mother’s Day Out program. More recently, she has been teaching Kindergarten for the last 9 years as an Educational Assistant at the Lookout Mountain Elementary School. Kindergarten is her favorite age because the children are so eager to learn!! She hopes God will use her presence in their young lives as a tool to share the love of Jesus and the love of learning with them. Amy and Clay live on Lookout Mountain with their three children.
